Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the prohibited activities on the Coneeko voice ordering platform and phone systems. Every restaurant merchant must adhere to this policy to protect telecom integrity.

1. Prohibited Voice & Call Practices

You are prohibited from using Coneeko's phone lines, automated voice agents, or system numbers to:

  • Generate spam calls, robocalls, or automated telemarketing messages to non-consenting users.
  • Spoof phone identities or display fraudulent caller ID data to deceive consumers.
  • Route calls related to debt collection, financial speculation, political canvassing, or illegal services.
  • Harass, threaten, or record callers without state-level dual-party consent warnings.

2. Telephony Compliance & Regulations

You must comply with all local, federal, and international telecom laws, including the TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) in the US and equivalent international caller regulations. If your local municipality requires alerting guests that "calls are recorded for quality assurance," you must enable the corresponding disclaimer flag in your Coneeko voice agent settings.

3. System Integrity & Abuse

You must not launch automated scraping scripts, API denial-of-service attempts, or reverse-engineer the speech synthesis engines. Doing so will result in an immediate lifetime ban of your restaurant workspace.

4. Monitoring and Enforcement

We reserve the right to audit caller traffic logs, transcript structures, and database records to enforce compliance. Suspicious call metrics will lead to automatic verification blocks. Report violations to abuse@coneeko.com.
