Coneeko is committed to protecting the privacy of your restaurant's business data and the personal details of your callers. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding phone audio streams, order transcripts, customer phone numbers, and integration logs.
When a customer calls your restaurant, Coneeko's voice assistant processes:
By default, phone conversations are recorded and transcribed by the AI model. These recordings and text files are stored securely on encrypted cloud servers. Testimonial voice clips and operational order audios are retained for internal review and to populate logs in your dashboard portal.
We use the collected information solely to take and sync food orders with your restaurant's POS system, text guest receipts, and optimize the AI's conversation voice model. We do not sell, rent, or lease guest phone numbers or restaurant business data to third-party advertisers.
Our dashboard portal uses essential cookies and local storage tokens to keep managers logged in, save interface preferences, and analyze anonymized usage metrics.
All customer order data, phone records, and call logs are encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS protocols and stored using AES-256 encryption at rest. We follow industry best practices to prevent unauthorized database access.
Even though restaurant guest phone orders are localized, we honor user privacy requests globally. Upon request by your customer or your business, we will purge specific caller records, voice recordings, and order transcripts from our databases.
For questions about this policy or to request data removal, please contact our data safety officer at privacy@coneeko.com.
