Coneeko is hosted on AWS and Google Cloud platform servers. Our data centers feature 24/7 physical security, biometric entry controls, environmental redundancy, and automated fire containment systems.
We use OAuth 2.0 protocols to connect to point-of-sale platforms (like Clover, Toast, and Square). Coneeko never stores or caches card numbers or primary account numbers; checkouts are processed via PCI-DSS compliant credit card gateways.
We monitor platform activity 24/7. System databases are backed up incrementally every hour and fully every day, with backups replicated across multiple geolocations for disaster recovery.
